It looks like the Persian Date plugin is converting the date in admin which is causing problem. From what I see, the converted date is needed only on the frontend so the plugin developer can add a condition ! is_admin() to prevent the function from executing in the Dashboard. Please contact the plugin developer and ask them to add the condition to execute the code only where it’s needed. That will fix the issue.
