Problem with Page Title & Description Snippet - Support

We have RankMath Pro on our site – https://addictionhosting.com/coach.

Whenever I attempt to edit the page snippet and enter the page title & description tag, it will not save and brings me back to the default snippet. Take a look at this 1-minute video that shows me trying to add and save the snippet 2 times, and both times it fails… https://www.screencast.com/t/6dBdhpeYI.

I have used RankMath in other client websites that I manage and have never had this problem before. Can you please assist me in figuring out what is wrong?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please check your browser console for script errors when you save your pages/posts.

If you see an error containing “updateMeta”, then your server must be blocking Rank Math’s API. Please refer to this guide to fix it: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
