Problem with my credits

To address the discrepancies in your credits, please follow these steps:

1. Mismatched Renewal Date:

   • The renewal date displayed may not reflect the current date due to system updates or delays. However, if you have recently renewed your subscription, the system might need time to update the renewal date. You can disregard this date if you have already renewed your subscription.

2. No Credits Available on Your Site:

   • If your site is showing no available credits despite having 750 credits in your account, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. This action will refresh the connection and sync the correct credit count to your site.
   • Here are the steps to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account:
     • Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help.
     • Click on “Disconnect Account” as shown in the screenshot below:
       
     • After disconnecting, click on “Connect Now” to re-establish the connection:
       

After reconnecting your account, please refresh the Content AI credits on your site by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and clicking on the refresh button as shown in this screenshot:

Kindly follow these steps:
1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins: https://rankmath.com/changelog

2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

It seems that you have the PRO version of Rank Math on your website and in this account of yours, you don’t have that plan.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your PRO account and verify it first?

You will need to subscribe to any of the Rank Math PRO subscriptions to be able to use Rank Math PRO. Using it without a subscription could cause issues similar to this.

Please note that deactivating Rank Math PRO will not cause you to lose your settings and data. Only PRO features will be unavailable. The Content AI is independent of Rank Math PRO features so you should be able to use the free 750 monthly credits.
