I checked your homepage source code and it appears quite weird. How are you creating your homepage? Have you used any builder?
You also don’t seem to have any robots meta or canonical URL on the page. I confirmed this with a third party tool: https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/ as you can see in the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section.
If you are not sure the cause of the issue, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
