  • Hello there,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include a link to the affected page as well as your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Temporary Login Without Password

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    HI there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

It is likely that this issue was as a result of an encoding issue on your database. I have created a test post on your site with the same title but I cannot replicate the issue.

I have also gone ahead and created a test using the site configuration and title on my local test area but I cannot reproduce the issue as well.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the additional info.

I have now been able to replicate this behavior and this has been submitted to our developers for closer investigation.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

    any update ?

    Hi @waealsa3dy

    Thanks for the follow up.

Not yet but we will reach out as soon as we have some news on this.

We appreciate your continued patience. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

This is not an issue. It’s a non-ascii search that’s why it is decoded, Search engines understand the decoded string.

Even if you share post on social networking site, you’ll see the same decoded string.

So, this is nothing to worry about.

    Thank you.
