I’ve checked your homepage using our External SEO Analyzer, and the images that have the missing ALT tag are being lazy-loaded onto your website.
When this is enabled, our function that updates the ALT tags can’t run properly on those because the function runs before any user interaction and the lazy load only runs after the first initial interaction.
In this case, please add the ALT attributes in the media gallery. Once done, clear your website’s cache and check those images again.
