Just to be sure, are you using any cache plugin? If yes, did you exclude the sitemaps from the cache?
Also, could you try to save the Rank Math Sitemap settings again?

I use WP Rocket for the cache and I do not see or exclude the plans?
I emptied the cache and it’s the same.
I have already redone the configuration via the assistant 2 times and nothing changes.
In the log file. I found this line

Hi Bernard,
You must add all the sitemap file locations to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin so that the sitemaps are never cached. These are the files you must add to the exclusion list:
sitemap_index.xml
post-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
category-sitemap.xml
product-sitemap.xml
This is required since Sitemaps are already cached internally by Rank Math and we flush them every time you post something new and with our cache – you won’t see the issue you are seeing in Google.
For WP Rocket, you can add that at WordPress Dashboard > Settings > WP Rocket > Advanced.
