If you have found the one who’s generating the breadcrumbs, you can contact the plugin or theme developer to help you show the primary category of the product in your Breadcrumbs.
If you wanted to use Rank Math’s Breadcrumbs, head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs.

The breadcrumbs appearing on your product pages are not from Rank math. I’ve already disabled Rank math breadcrumbs and you will notice they are still generated. I checked further and they seem to be WooCommerce breadcrumbs. Please see the screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
If you wanted to use Rank Math, you can check this article, specifically under the sub-topic Remove the breadcrumbs
