Rank Math is not known to slow down websites. In fact, it has been known to have the opposite effect. To confirm if the change is due to Rank Math, you can temporarily deactivate Rank Math and activate Yoast to test the LCP using pagespeed.web.dev. Then test it again with Rank Math. The difference is usually insignificant or in favor of Rank Math.
