    Trying to make payment for content AI 150 credits, but my payment is not goes through as my credit card is declined for this transaction, please assist

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP.

    I got the message from card issuer that the payment is declined due to standing instruction transaction.

    I had also tried with another card but getting the error message “An unexpected error occurred, and we are not currently able to accept payment.”

    In order to make sure that your payment passes the compliance checks, please make sure that you are not using any VPN and select the correct country in the top right of the screen during checkout.

    Also, please ensure that the name on the card and the country match exactly the information you are trying to add to the payment information.

    I am not using any VPN and checked my country details and it was correct, is there any alternative mode for payment.

    I just managed the complete the payment successfully with a different credit card. However when i am trying to use the content ai credits on one of sites i am getting the error message “You have used all the free credits which are allowed to this domain.”

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.

    Check if you are able to see your remaining credits as shown in my screenshot:

    If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Note: Please use the same account details which you used to purchase the Rank Math PRO membership.

    I followed the instructions given but still getting the same error message as previous, also i am able to see the enough credits remaining in my account.

    i do not have any pro membership, i just bought the content ai credits from here https://rankmath.com/content-ai/ after getting your email, where it is clearly mentioned that it can be used with any rankmath license.

    Yes, the Content AI credits can be used with the Free account.

    The credits are already added to your account.

    Please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

    Then, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    reconnect

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I am trying to Connect to rankmath.com from my account but that too is not working. Nothing happens when I click on the Disconnect button. Can you please add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive Data Section so we could debug this by editing some plugin files?

    When i go to rankmath dashboard > help section, it shows me a button to disconnect account, but when i am clicking on that nothing happen it just redirects me to the same page.
