PRO version, Content AI, and SEO Course not linking to my account

    Hi team,

    I’ve purchased the Rank Math PRO, Content AI, and SEO Course — and I can see all the receipts in my email, so I know the purchases went through successfully.

    I’m using the same email address (as used during purchase) to log into Rank Math, but I can’t see any of the PRO features or downloads in my account. Because of this, I’m unable to link my PRO account to my WordPress website, and I’m stuck.

    Can you please check this for me? If needed, I’m happy to send over receipts or any other verification you require.

    Appreciate your help!

    Unfortunately, there is no active subscription on the account you are using to contact us.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to make the purchase or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    i realised i have two different usernames:

    yakub yoxon

    and

    jamesyoxon

    my email i purchased off fastspring.com is j*********@g********

    how do i forward my receipts to you? there is no button to add attachments here in this support thread
