    First of all, kindly check if the PRO version of Rank Math is installed on your website.

    After that, please disconnect and reconnect the plugin by heading to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
