Rank Math pro

I had submitted a support ticket for a pro subscription. I am not able to view that ticket as I am not a pro user. Can you please change that ticket to the Free version?
My issue is that I subscribed from an email for Bhanu Ahluwalia promising that my subscription price would be $49 for a lifetime but it shows as $59 during renewal. This is why my subscription has not yet renewed.
