    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

    I messed up and logged in with my Google account with my free versions, and I used my work account for the other. That was my bad.
