Pro account missing, etc.

    Hi, it appears I no longer have a pro account, despite paying for one. Also, none of my data is displaying via the plugin on WordPress, and I can’t update RankMath (due to the plugin page stating I don’t have a pro account). Can you help?

    1. Last 4 digits of the card you used to make the purchase
    2. Full name you used while making this purchase

    Sorry, we cannot find any payments from last name Prowse.

    Did you maybe use another name?

    I don’t think I could have. It may be from Horrified Magazine. Or the card number last four digits should be 3802.

    The email attached to my paid account is (I think) j**@h********************** but it won’t let me log in.

    We do not see any payments from that account either or from any card with last digits 3802.

    Do you have an email receipt or something? Maybe you can run a search for rankmath.com on your email inbox.

    Do you have the name you used? If you didn’t use a card directly (like by using Amazon Pay option), we cannot track your payment from your card number and we can only do it when you provide the full name of the payer or the receipt/invoice ID or the email ID you used.

    Please send a screenshot of the payment along with the date/time so we can locate it. It will be harder but we will give it a shot this way.

    The name on my card is Jae Prowse so it must be that. I don’t seem to have an email receipt (I’ve checked everywhere), all I have is a screenshot of the payment on my credit card bill for £53.78 on the 16th November 2020.
