    I had purchased Pro a year ago, and due to renew on November 17, 2021, I went to my account, and it is showing as free. However, I updated my payment last week, and it is now showing no payment method.

    Please let me know what to do.

    We have found your subscription under other account ( added email in sensitive data ) and everything seems fine there.

    Please use that account. We can also merge your accounts if you want, just let us know which email you want to keep.
