It’s not a good practice to move your primary links inside the hamburger menu. The general best practice is to present users with the information you want them to click on. Hiding options behind a trigger (i.e. drop-down, burger button, etc. ) make users think. Google takes into consideration content, relevance and UX. That means your navigation (menus and internal links) contributes to all three key pillars and all must work in symbiosis for users to rank well in SEO.
