Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

I have the latest version of Rank Math.
I deactivated all the plugins, leaving only Rank Math.
I activated Twenty Twenty theme.
Anyway, yet the issue is still there 🙁
I added the sensitive data to my website so you can check it.

I understand the reason!
It’s empty simply because I had only one category selected 🙂
I was the fool not to think about it, but maybe you can improve the UX by show anyway the select, even with one category, because the simply empty box seems to be a bug 🙂
