All my google indexed posts links are showing with siteurl.com/Category in google search pages

For every article

You will find name of the category after the all indexed posts url
It should be particular posts url there

Google seems to have crawled your site last when your breadcrumbs were enabled, if not on Rank math then by your theme which had categories enabled to show. Here us a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/DN0p31
I have tested your URL here: https://technicalseo.com/tools/google-serp-simulator/ and it seems the breadcrumbs are currently disabled. The SERPS display should update when Google crawls your site next.
