We’ve checked your site and found that Rank Math REST Routes that we use to update the data are being blocked by a security firewall (SpamFireWall) and most likely this is why you’re facing the issue.
We would request you get in touch with your hosting provider to make sure that REST APIs are not getting blocked. You can request that they whitelist the routes below:

/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
