post_tag-sitemap.xml not included in sitemap_index.xml

It seems you sitemap is being cached by your server. They seems to have Varnish caching enabled which is still caching your sitemap even after excluding your caching plugin from caching your sitemap on your site.

You can confirm the sitemap is not being automatically generated by disabling the sitemap module in Rank math dashboard and you will note the sitemap is still loading fine which should not be the case with the module enabled. Please get in touch with your host to exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached
