Unfortunately, your wp-admin seems to be restricted. Please share the dashboard access URL so we can check this.
Please note that changing the meta data globally will only have effect on new posts/pages. To change meta for already published/pre-existing posts, you may have to edit the pages/posts individually in Rank math metabox

It seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine which one, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the culprit. If not, we will do it for you to try to fix your issue.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I follow the steps, and I get an error when activate RankMath Plugin, so I just deactivate everything, and I could change the post Titles, but not the pages Titles, I was with default theme and no plugins activated.

I follow the steps, and I get an error when activate RankMath Plugin, so I just deactivate everything, and I could change the post Titles, but not the pages Titles, I was with default theme and no plugins activated.
I tried to disable all the plugins and to change the page title and it worked without any issues. I did the same with Rank Math enabled and it still worked, as you can see in the attached screencast.
Could you check it?
