The image must also be less than 5 MB in size.

It’s showing the title and description now that I cleared the cache… so I just need to work out why the image isn’t appearing.
I think I can probably troubleshoot it on my end but if you have any suggestions I’m open to it.

Thank you for your patience.
We’ve checked your site, and we can see duplicate Opengraph meta tags where the og:image tag is also duplicated.
To determine which plugin/theme is generating it, we recommend installing the Health Check Plugin on your site.
Once you have found it, you may try to get in touch with their development team to disable the Opengraph meta tags since Rank Math is already outputting it on your site.
Then, clear your website’s cache and check again the URL on Twitter/X.
