Plugin Update issue

    I have an issue with my plugin not updating the site is http://www.timelesstattoonc.com I already contact the hosting provider and they said is all running fine on the server side. But every time I try to update the plugin is not working.

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I already disconnect and connect again the plugin and follow an article you guys have about this issue and also contact the hosting cloudways and I m not been available to fix the issue.
    I would appreciate any help

    The issue occurs mostly when you’re trying to update/upgrade Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
