    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Meanwhile, this error is usually due to trying to update the Rank Math PRO plugin while connected to a free account. Please follow this guide to fix the issue by connecting to your PRO account:

    I realized i have two different accounts one under my name and one under the business. the account that is under my name has the subscription attached to it. Is there a way to combine the two and just have one for the business?

    Yes, you can merge the two accounts. Please share the two accounts (emails) you want to merge in the sensitive data section.

    As mentioned by my colleague the error is caused when you try to update the Rank Math PRO plugin while connected to a free account. You can log in to the PRO account and reconnect the website.

    First, disconnect your account by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account, as shown below.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again. To connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the PRO account you confirmed before, and then click on OK, ACTIVATE NOW, as shown below.

    Merging the accounts will however prevent this from reoccurring.

    We have gone ahead and merged the two accounts and kept the PRO version and the preferred email address. Kindly check from your end if everything is in order with your accounts.
