plugin not working

    Hi there,

    I have been having issues with the plugin and finally was able to configure and set up last week. Now it’s not working again, I have entered troubleshoot mode to work out what might be conflicting and nothing is allowing it to work.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I have checked all conflicts and nothing has worked. I also have the latest version of RankMath installed.

    Login entered into the sensitive data link.

    We would like to further debug this issue over your admin dashboard but it seems the access you shared is so limited at the moment. Could you please elevate the access to the admin level so we can access some of the settings pages like the list of plugins?

    It seems there are API requests from Rank Math that are blocked by your server. Even switching to “Advanced Mode” in Rank Math is not working as you can see in the screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section.

    Please ensure that Rank Math’s API is not blocked in your server firewall so all Rank Math’s features will work properly.

    I have tried accessing it on a different server and there is still no information showing up.

    In this case, allow us to further debug this deeper.

    I tried accessing your admin dashboard and it seems the access is now limited again. Please elevate it once more so we can access your plugin list and further debug it.

    Additionally, please provide your FTP login in the Sensitive Data section as well.

    I have reinstated the admin access. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the FTP login as it is looked after by my IT department.

    I logged into your website’s admin area and as the Advanced Mode of Rank Math is also not getting enabled, we’re unable to troubleshoot further.

    Could you please get in touch with your IT Dept/Web host and share the FTP/cPanel logins so that we can investigate further?

    Hi there,

    I have tested this plugin on multiple servers, devices etc and it is not showing any data. It cannot be simply due to our internal security settings, it has to be an issue with the plugin. Please rectify asap.

    We haven’t replicated the issue from our end as you can see in our screencast video here:

    As you can see in the browser console, the script error returns a 403 code which indicates that our API is being blocked by your server.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist our API. You may show them the screencast video that I just shared.
