Plugin interferring with Divi theme blog page - Support

Hi there, I seem to have encountered a conflict with the divi theme. I have a base page for my posts (blog) which loses all it’s divi builder customisation when your plugin is turned on and loads the page the same default way that divi does, without customisation.

I have had this issue separately with divi on it’s own and he solution was ensuring the section in the following image is kept off, which it still is, so I know this isn’t causing the issue and it is clearly the plugin because as soon as I deactivate it the page returns to normal!

Here’s hoping its a quikc fix as I was loving your plugin, but am having it keep it deactivated for now.

Hi guys,

Just by means of an update to save unnecessary digging, I noticed this morning that there was something slightly different about the page that was coming up when rankmath plugin was activated. It turned out when your plugin was activated, it was causing the url for a page to divert to a category archive for the same url. I’ve deleted the category and its now loading the page fine. Not sure if this makes sense. it may still be something that’s useful for you to know about or it may be more specifically with my set up.
Either way, for me, it means I can reactivate your plugin and see what it can do for me, so thanks!

Hello Tam,

I am glad that the issue is fixed.

Could you please check your settings at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links and see if you have enabled the Strip Category Base option?

That would clear a lot of doubts.
