Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
There are potentially 2 issues I see.
1. Your website is throwing an error instead of showing you the widgets – from what I can gather seeing your screenshot. This could be due to memory limitations but we need more details to know for sure.
2. It looks like, your web host is shows those ads you see in your screenshot instead of a regular error page. This way, they are monetizing your problematic pages. Now, this could also be due to some other plugin but my money is on the host.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

When I click on the “why this ad?” link, I get redirected to this page:

Are you using 1&1 Hosting? Could you please talk to them?
Alternatively, please share your FTP logins with us so we can check this in more detail.
