As Michael said, you can launch the setup wizard from the installed plugins page and normally you will not have issues, it’s worked for me.

I tried to launch the startup wizard form Installed plugin page but still the same problem.
I’m having the same issue even trying to launch it from the installed plugins.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I have been able to login but I could not reproduce the error on the dashboard. The issue could be stemming from the browser that you are currently using.
