Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section. Also, we would need some FTP credentials so we can disable the plugin manually (if needed) and check the debug logs.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

The provided FTP access doesn’t have access to plugins an is also missing read/write access. Please elevate the access so we can look into this further.

You can also attempt to remove and reinstall the plugin and check if this resolved the issue.
