Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I think it is an overall-problem, but i give you a admin user for my test site. I dont think you need FTP data. Just open new post – you can fill focus keyword – everything fine. Than save post and you will see the problem – its the same for new posts or changing existing posts…
Yup … same problem here. Entering Focus Keywords, clicking on any button or link in the RankMath editor does not work, it only triggers a reload of the page. So on top of not being able to enter any keyword on a draft post, you can’t edit the Custom Title, nor the snippet … seems the entire RankMath edit interface is broken.
The issue exists even if I turn off the Pro plugin to see if that was part of the issue. (This whole 2 plugins to get Pro is another issue altogether. Why can’t we just have 1 Pro plugin period?) But I digress …
Please tell me you’re on top of this & I don’t have to roll back to a previous version of WordPress to temporarily fix this issue.
Same here. Plugin (Free Version) broke after update to WordPress 5.6.
Same problem. Pro version broke after update to WordPress 5.6.
Same problem on my site… the keywords have disappeared and sometimes the permalinks are causing problems with forwarding.
Hi,
I’m having the same issue but haven’t yet rolled-back to WP 5.5.3…
If rolling back WP leads to deleted RM keywords then it’s a big issue!
We can’t afford that to happen on our site!
I hope RM gets this resolved asap coz we upload a bunch of posts every single day.
Yes, the same on my page too 🙁
LOL …. Answer of this team : Type F5 for refresh the page……
Not Preofessionnal. Last Big Update of WP in August : it was Same
Yes and press F5 is only temporaly fix – after save post, problem is the same…
Andy Dufresne found out, that it seems to be a problem in firefox. I use firefox 83.0 (64 bit). I uses firefox before too without problems. So rank math maybe you found the solution with this to focus on firefox.
With Firefox, I find solution
Install CCleaner and clean all inside browsers, after it works
