    Sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    this doesn’t actually resolve the issue for me because I have White Screen of death due To this error.

    This is extremely detrimental to my site because it is in the midst of an expensive link building campaign.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    We would also need some FTP credentials so we can fix it internally by adding and removing the folders.

    As mentioned in my prior comments my website is inaccessible at the user level or at the backend level due to file folder permissions.

    Please view the website here. I am using AWS lightSail to host my WP Instance.

    You send me an email and ill drop you a .Zip of the Credentials file to FTP in.

    Hi Michael,

    I managed to fix the issue myself.

    I have to say, my experience with your plugin has been disastrous to my website. Not only did it render my site offline for three days but you and your colleagues really didn’t seem to be invested in helping me solve the problem.

    You free plugin has interfered with my link building campaign, to add injury to insult, Alberto didn’t offer much help either.
