    Please help with how to activate this tag feature from the WordPress control panel, as I have tried and have not reached a possible solution! And it makes the crown not found

    NOINDEX ROBOTS META IS ENABLED
    This page will not appear in search results. You can disable noindex in the Advanced tab.

    NO TITEL

    I have just checked the referenced page but it lacks a noindex tag as shown below:
