Please answer — Conflich with Elementor Edit Product Descriptions

  • I get a error on elementor with ( ‘Sorry the content area was not found in your page’ ‘You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page. ), but i only get this error when i activate Rank Math.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems to be working fine on our end (please see screencast in the Sensitive Data section). Have you tried a hard refresh to clear cache JS and CSS file with the page in question opened?

    Windows: Ctrl + F5
    Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
    Linux: F5

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I’ve checked your website and it seems that the Elementor Pro is not yet updated. Could you update the plugin if it solves the issue?

    You do not need Pro, you can disable it.

    The free version is updated, please check, you can disable pro and still edit product description Pro = a few elements more.

    We have already fixed this in the 1.0.55 version of Rank Math.

    Please update to the latest version and the issue will go away.
