Social cards automatic fetch data from Title and Description through shortcodes. Before publishing i checked it but my question is. In social schema when i am in using schema pro. It shows all my social media accounts including telegram, pintrest, tumble, Facebook, Twitter. There is a schema like Articles and Breadcrumbs. Third is social with all my social accounts.

I am not sure if I understand it well, but if you mean you want to add your social networks to the Schema, you can do it with Rank Math.
You just need to go to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math plugin Dashboard > Titles & Meta > Social Meta, just as I show you in the following screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/4h0v6c

Schema markup tells search engines what things are so they can be properly indexed. Social data are not a schema type as they don’t define your site content.You can use Schema markup to show features such as ratings, reviews, and related subpages.

You can then check how to configure schema mark up in Rank math

Why there is only Facebook, twitter and Pinterest. In the screen-recording above you provided there are other options like Tumblr, telegram, etc. Why these are not in my RM.

That’s quite not as expected. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit. If not, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I have two sites with the same issue, after you update to latest version of RM the list of social media accounts available to complete in the Titles & Meta Settings area of RM is reduced to just FB/Twitter. All the other options disappear. I tried resetting RM but that didn’t help. I haven’t gone through plug in conflict but the same thing has happened on two different sites so fair to say something isn’t quite right on RM’s end?

The the social settings were removed in the update as they are not required anymore for the Knowledge Graph by Google & Bing. Please check the Rank math change-log to understand all the features that were modified in the plugin update.
