Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for following up, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the PHP errors are due to your schema. However, I’ve removed the Rank Math schema for your shop category pages by enabling the Remove Snippet Data in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Gd_shops: shop Categories and the errors are no longer showing.
Removing schema from your archive/category pages is usually the recommended way, especially if the products show a warning in your console since these warnings are usually translated into errors in archive pages as per Google guidelines. However, if you are comfortable with your product having warnings or errors, you can enable the schema for your categories/archive pages. You can always check your URLs for issues using Google rich results test tool
