Fix didn’t last long. Also this is happening on two other sites and I had deauthorized and reauthorized to fix these previously.
Any thoughts on why this is happening.

Would it be possible to share some temporary admin access to one of the affected sites so that we can investigate the kind of configuration that is causing this?You can do this by editing the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
