    Hi There,

I’m getting a “PHP Fatal error” that’s creating a critical error on my site. I know it compatibility issue between your plugin and the WP Rocket plugin because that’s what it says on the debug log and the critical error disappears when one of the plugins is deactivated. I’ve tried to troubleshot by doing the following:
-Deleting your plugin and reinstalling after clearing cache
-Tried to use an older version the worked before
    -Updating both plugins

None of it solved the issue. I need this resolved as soon as possible or I’ll go back to using Yoast as I’ve never encountered these kinds of issues with them. I’ve created a staging site for you to test on and included the login info.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have updated the Rank Math plugin to the latest version and activated it. I can’t see any error on the front/backside of the site. Could you please confirm on your end if the problem is resolved?

I have also shared a screenshot of your working site, kindly check the sensitive data section.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello There,

I tried your solution of updating the plugin to it’s newest version on the live site and I still got the same error. I’ve deactivated the plugin by changing the file name in FTP and updated the sensitive data to include login info for the live site so you can find a solution to the issue. While working on the live site please try to minimize errors and downtime. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

Server Live running PHP version: 7.0.33 & Your Staging Server running PHP version: 7.2.34. The lowest PHP version supported by Rank Math is 7.2. Please kindly update the PHP version for your website and then re-install the plugin.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello There,

I thought it may be the PHP version previously and checked on cPanel to make sure that the PHP version was compatible. On cPanel the site is registered as using 7.2. I’ve added a screenshot of the PHP manager to the sensitive data.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

You can check the PHP version of your site on your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info: Server, and it is still set to 7.0.33. If there’s a mismatch from your cPanel, I would suggest getting in touch with your web host for assistance.

I also noticed that the PHP Time Limit value is set to 0. Please update it to at least 120.

    I hope that helps.

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

    Hi Reinelle,

Thanks for the help I’ll contact my hosting about the issue and get back to you once that’s been resolved.
