    On multiple sites, we are getting PHP errors as shown provided in Sensitive Data window. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

    I noticed a database table is missing thus creating this error message. Please follow these steps:

    1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO

    2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
    advanced mode

    3. Re-create tables by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Re-create Missing Database Tables >and click the Re-create database Table button.

    thank you for your reply. We did and repeated the suggested re-create database table steps. Yet, we are still getting PHP errors. The relevant, non-sensitive part of it:

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Hi, could you please provide your IP in the sensitive data section you will be accessing FTP, so we can whitelist it.

    Unfortunately, we have dynamic IPs. Even if you whitelist our IP – our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket.

    If possible, please turn off security measures temporarily to further investigate this issue. Our Designated Sensitive Data section is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section.

    We would like to give in input on the use of dynamic IP’s for support accessing the client’s site through FTP. This eventually could stir us away from using RM due to security reasons.

    For the time being, if we decide to open the sites for dynamic IP is it sufficient to provide access to the Rankmath folder only?

    That plugin should work just fine. Could you please try updating Rank Math to the latest version to see if this issue would be fixed?

    I checked your site and the table shown in the error is actually missing yet you have connected your analytics.

    Would you mind sharing access to your cPanel or phpMyadmin panel so we can try and add the tables for you?

    Thank you for your reply. Could you please specify the tables that need to be created?

    On one of our sites, we had the PHP error we created the wp_rank_math_analytics_ga table and since then have not seen an error. That is good news.

    On the other hand, we have noticed that these errors appearing when the Analytics is enabled, in the settings Googles Services are not connected, yet there is a green dot next to the Analytics side menu. In other cases when the dot is red, we do not see the error even without the table.

    Could you please clarify the discrepancy in green/red dots appearing while the Connect Google Service still animated?

    Just to be clear, were you able to recreate the tables for the site having this issues?

    If the dot is showing green, it means Rank math is reading the Google account as connected in which case the analytics tables, which if missing will show the errors you are facing, are used and should be created.

    If the dot is showing red, it simply shows that you have not connected your Google account to Rank math. If you don’t wish to use this module, I recommend disabling it in Rank math dashboard.
