PHP Error Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect - Support

Hi I receive this error below. I spoke to my host and they said it should only be accessing files in the public_html folder and not the home directory. I have tried uninstalling it and even dropped all the tables and it still gives this issue. Version 1.0.215. I get this error when trying to access the site map.

Please note I get this error when trying to access the sitemap.

We checked your sitemaps and they appeared to work fine.

We also checked using https://httpstatus.io/ and there were no issues reported.
