Hello,
Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The details for the person object are being fetched for the author of the page from your user account in WP Dashboard > Users.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
is there a chance to disable that?
Hello,
The author markup is required by Google for your pages: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/article#article-types
If you completely don’t want this in your schema, you can add the following filter to your theme functions.php file:
add_filter( "rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_{$schema}_entity", function( $entity ) {
if(isset($entity['author'])){
unset($entity['author']);
return $entity;
}
return $entity;
});
Please note you have to include which type ($schema) for the filter to work. For more information about this filter, you may refer to this article guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#10-filter-to-change-posts-front-end-schema-data
You can then test your URL with Google Rich results test tool to see if the author info has been removed under the schema.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
