I visited your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue.
I did some troubleshooting but the issue persists. The General Settings are not saving even when only Rank Math is active with a default WordPress theme (I checked this using the Health Check troubleshooting plugin).
I checked your site’s configuration, and there are some values that are too low and which you should increase. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
After setting the above values, please see if the settings are getting saved.
If the issue persists, then please provide us with your FTP logins so that we can troubleshoot further.
