I would suggest that you rename this post or delete it and then re-upload it with a different name to be able to use this post/page name.

Thanks for the follow up.
You can login to your site via FTP and take a look in the following directory path ../wp-content/uploads/2015/02/
If the image has already been deleted, I would suggest that you install a database optimization plugin that deletes orphan entries such as the one causing this issue.
Alternatively, you can also login to your database and manually delete this entry from the posts table.
