    Please check your PayPal payment history and cancel it quickly.
    The refund and cancellation methods you talk about only apply when there is a payment history on your site, and I leave an inquiry saying I can’t use the pro because I don’t have a payment history, but it’s frustrating that they only give me trashy answers for hours.
    I will no longer be using your product, so please cancel it quickly.

    How many times are you saying the same thing? Just cancel it.
    I can’t change to Pro because I don’t have any cancellation or payment history.
    Don’t tell me to cancel, just look at my PayPal payment history and cancel.

    I believe you could deliver them paypal transation reciept if you actually made a payment, i saw toons of your posts and my belief is that your lying and just trying to get pro, instead of accusations provide them something with what they can work, u paid with paypal so you should have paypal transation to provide and according to that they should be able to preview which of the payments were yours, like this is she or he says, which nowdays doesnt work…
