Payment VAT (IVA)

    I want to pay, I am in Colombia, it charges 19% Colombian IVA (VAT), this is ok as long I do receive a valid Colombian receipt, so I can discount the IVA from my taxes. also when I enter my IVA tax number it says it can´t be verified (El código de indetificación del IVA no ha podido ser validado) and I am unable to make the payment.
