    I know my payment was declined since my CC was hacked and didn’t get you new CC info. Is there an easy way to do that and if I sign up again: do I have to do anything to my site and your plug-in. Or will continue where I lefty off?

    I changed the method…where do I reorder so everything stays intact

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically tries to charge your payment method on the due date and then 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    There is no option to renew manually at this time.

    Please ensure that your payment method has enough money, including VAT/Tax, to cover the renewal to avoid any issues upon renewing your subscription.

    I changed my payment method, so it isn’t charging it? Do I need to start over? If too much bother, I was thinking of going back to Yoast.

    All I want is to get RM up and running. But doesn’t seem like you are helping in that regard

    The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.     I was told, once I paid I would only need to update my plug in on my WP site, not start over.

    If I knew I had to start over, I would have gone with Yoast.

    How do I cancel??? I don’t want to start over with downloading and settings

    Sorry about the confusion but you do not have to start all over again.

    All you need to do is disconnect and reconnect your website to this account to continue using the PRO subscription on the website just like it was before.

    You can also update the PRO and Free plugin to the latest version if there is a need to.

    As we mentioned earlier, every Rank Math PRO-specific setting and Data are safely stored in your site’s database so you can continue where you left off.
