Hi, I wanna pay but somehow all my cards not working
-
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the payment issue you are experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To troubleshoot the payment problem, please ensure that your card meets the following criteria:
- Supports payments in USD $
- Supports subscription-based payments
- Is not a prepaid card
- Allows international payments in US dollars ($)
- Your IP is not using a Proxy or VPN
If your card meets all the above requirements and the issue persists, you can try using a different credit card. Additionally, contacting your bank to understand why the payment is being declined and requesting them to approve it on your end might help resolve the issue.
If the problem continues, please provide a screencast of the issue using a tool like Loom for further assistance.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
