    HI there. I have received a notifcation today that my Pro payment didn’t work and my Pro subscription has ceased on my websites…not sure what happened but I have uploaded a credit card again. Can you please process this immediately for the Pro Subscription.

    Can you please tell me:

    1) Will I now also get the free Black Friday Specials when you charge my card?
    2) Will the Pro subscription features I had orginally set up get applied instantly again to my account?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You have canceled the subscription last year, exactly 1 day after the renewal has been processed, so this year when the date for renewal was reached the subscription was immediately canceled.
