    i tried to purchase rankmath pro but my credit card payment got failed due to “”

    some standing instruction of RBI

    can i get some help … to process my payment via creidt card

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using another credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask why are you getting the said transaction failed error, and they could guide you further.

    actually, problem lies here only for subscription-based payment. how i can enable this subscription-based payments…as my card is ok with usd and international payment as i have purchased many things today but problem came at rankmath

    for subscription some otp or prior info is required as per rbi….

    According to the recent RBI guidelines, customers from India cannot have automatic renewals.

    For such customers, they would require to manually renew next year.

    That being said, the first payment for your upgrade should ideally go through.

    Request you to please try the payment again.

    Or you can try using some other card/PayPal as well.
