    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    Prepaid card wont work?

    We have partnered with FastSpring to offer you local payment solutions, so you do not need to have a card enabled for international payments.

    We only accept PayPal, Credit & Debit cards, & Amazon Pay. You can choose Amazon Pay or PayPal if you are outside US and your cards are not enabled for international transactions.
